Spring Election Information for the February 21 Primary and April 4 Spring Election

The Spring Primary will be February 21, 2023. On the ballot is the primary for State Supreme Court, and for Lodi School district residents there is also a primary for the Lodi School Board.
Early Voting (in-person absentee voting) will be from Feb 7 through Feb 19, 2023 by appointment only, call 608-575-3365.

As of January 31, 2023 ballots for the February 21 primary have been mailed to all voters with an absentee request on file.  Please mail them back as soon as possible and follow all the instructions carefully!

Please note: Additional information for absentee voters with disabilities:

Pursuant to the Voting Rights Act, any Wisconsin voter who requires assistance with mailing or delivering their absentee ballot to the municipal clerk because of a disability must be permitted to receive such assistance by a person of the voter’s choice, other than the voter’s employer or agent of that employer or officer or agent of the voter’s union.

The Spring Election will be April 4, 2023. On the ballot will be State Supreme Court, School Boards, Dane Town Board and Appeals Court judge.  (Early voting will be March 21 through April 2.)

All voting is at the Dane Town Hall, 213 W. Main St., Dane WI 53529. Photo ID is required to vote in person.

Please Note: Calendar Year Absentee Ballot applications have expired, please go to myvote.wi.gov to request absentee ballots for 2023.
