Offices to be elected include: Town of Dane Board, Local School Boards, WI Supreme Court Justice, and Appeals Court and Circuit Court Judges.

There are several ways to request an absentee ballot be sent by mail, please see this link: https://elections.wi.gov/voters/absentee
Photo ID required when requesting an absentee ballot unless it is already on file with the clerk. In person absentee voting hours will be announced in 2019.
Note: All voting will be at the Dane Town Hall, 213 W. Main St., Dane WI 53555.
Registration Alert: Many voters were removed from the poll lists in 2017 due to having not voted in 4 years or having moved according to the State of Wisconsin. Check to see if you are registered at https://myvote.wi.gov/. You can register online if your WI Driver's License has your current address. You can register by mail up to 20 days before an election, or in person up to the Friday before an election. You can also register at the polls on election day. Proof of Residence in the Town of Dane is always required to register to vote.
Please Note: Wisconsin Voter Photo ID will be in effect for all 2019 elections. ID must be unexpired, some ID's are OK to be expired after the last general election (November 6, 2018). Please see Acceptable Photo ID's Illustrated for information.

Please Note: You can now register to vote online at My Vote Wisconsin if you are an eligible voter and hold a valid State of Wisconsin Driver License or State ID Card (WI DL/ID) that has your current name and address on file with the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (WI DMV). You will not need to print, mail, or sign the registration form or provide proof of residence (POR).
If you are unable to make a match with WI DMV, you will still have the option to print, sign, and deliver your registration form to your clerk along with a copy of your Proof of Residence. See also:
